Job description

 

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Administration

· Manage the paperwork of the new accounts

· Update the customer tracking tool

· Help on travel requests from the sales team

 

Commercial

· Management of the clients’ subscriptions renewal: quotes, negotiations, raises

· Help the sales team on different aspects: answers to calls for tenders

· Report and participate at the renewal follow-up meetings

· Customer service, follow up with the customers, telephone interviews

 

Training and events:

· Communicating on trainings

· Provide trainings

· Manage the orders and quotations

· Organization of trainings on site 

· Organization of events

 

Job qualifications

 

· At least 2 years of experience in an executive / administrative support role

· Exceptional communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with employees at all levels

· Ability to take ownership, set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines

· Positive attitude, ability to perform tasks while having fun

· Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

· Integrity and confidentiality are qualities required for this position

· Strong computer proficiency in MS office, Excel, Power Point and any other IT tools

· English proficiency

· Commercial personality
